Acceptance Of These Terms

These terms govern your access to and use of BrandALE's product, workspace, content, and integration tools. By creating an account, joining a workspace, or using the service, you agree to these terms.

If you use BrandALE on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for that organization.

02

The Service

BrandALE provides workspace tools for discovering creators, generating and managing content, planning campaigns, and preparing media for publishing across connected platforms.

We may add, change, or remove features as the product evolves. Some features depend on third-party platforms and may change when those platforms change.

03

Accounts And Workspaces

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

Workspace owners and admins may manage access, roles, connected accounts, content, and generated media within their workspace. Access to a workspace is governed by the permissions set by its owners and admins.

04

Connected Platforms

When you connect services such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Google, or other third-party platforms, BrandALE uses those connections only to provide the features you request.

Your use of each connected platform remains subject to that platform's own terms, policies, and review requirements. You are responsible for maintaining any approvals those platforms require and for using them in compliance with their rules.

05

Your Content And Responsibilities

You retain ownership of the content, captions, media, and campaign materials you provide. You are responsible for the content you create, approve, and publish through BrandALE, including any AI-assisted output you choose to use.

You grant BrandALE the permissions needed to host, process, and display your content so we can provide the service, including the previews, approvals, and export tools that let you review work before it is used externally.

06

Acceptable Use

You agree to use BrandALE lawfully and not to misuse the service.

  • Do not violate applicable laws, platform rules, or the rights of others, including intellectual property and privacy rights.
  • Do not upload malicious code, attempt to disrupt the service, or access it in unauthorized ways.
  • Do not use the service to create or distribute deceptive, infringing, or harmful content.
07

Intellectual Property

BrandALE and its underlying software, design, and branding are owned by us and our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you rights to our brand or software beyond using the service as intended.

08

Availability And Changes

We work to keep BrandALE available and reliable, but the service is provided on an ongoing, evolving basis and may experience interruptions. We may suspend or limit access when needed to protect the service, its users, platform integrations, or legal compliance.

09

Disclaimers And Liability

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BrandALE is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
